1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create a profile or request access — including name, contact details, CDL class, TWIC status, endorsements, work history and market preference — plus standard usage data needed to operate the service.
2. Self-reported credentials
The CDL class, TWIC status, endorsements and experience on your profile are self-reported by you. We do not check or confirm them. Confirming a driver's credentials is the carrier's responsibility, and carriers do so themselves before hiring.
3. How contact details are gated
Driver contact information stays private. It is not shown to carriers until a match is made and the driver has opted in. Carriers access contact details only under an active subscription.
4. How we use information
We use your information to match drivers with carriers, operate the service, provide market intelligence in aggregate, and communicate with you about the service.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed to operate the service (e.g. with service providers) or as required by law.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to driver contact details is restricted and logged.
7. Your choices
You may review, update or delete your profile at any time, and request a copy of your data, by contacting us.
