By using Drayage Talent Network you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Drivers, carriers and recruiters must provide accurate, self-reported information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own details, and we may suspend accounts that misrepresent them.
3. Drivers
Driver profiles are free. You control your visibility and contact preferences. You agree to keep credential information current.
4. Carriers & subscriptions
Carrier access is provided under a subscription. Contact details unlock with an active plan. Trials and pricing are as described at sign-up.
5. Recruiting marketplace
Placement fees are payable on successful, qualifying placements as described in the marketplace terms, subject to any guarantee window.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or misuse data, and don't contact drivers outside the platform's gated process. Trust is the product.
7. Disclaimers
Driver information is self-reported and is not checked by us; carriers are responsible for confirming credentials themselves. Listings are not a guarantee of employment outcomes. The service is provided "as is."
